Sow red flowering salvia with No cover as they need light to germinate. Spread three inches of compost on the tilled soil. The seeds should be spread on the top of the soil . Water lightly as the fine seeds can wash away , or penetrate into the soil. Seeds will germinate in 10-15 days. An excellent bedding strain. Height 30cm (1ft)
