Description
Gladioli are summer-blooming corm plants. Corms are similar to and planted like bulbs. Gladioli should be planted in spring, when all danger of frost is passed. Depending on the size, they can be planted anywhere from 4 to 8 inches deep, with the pointed side up and with 3 to 6 inches between each corm.
