Silver dust is a tender shrub ,usually grown as a half –hardy annual foliage plant. It grows well in direct sunlight. Silver dust cineraria forms an elegant border for colorful flowering beds highly suitable for pots. Sow when the night temperature is 20-25 degree centigrade. Keep distance of 20cm plant to plant. Height 45cm. For best results grow silver dust in moist but well-drained soil in full sun. To encourage new basal growth, flowering should be prevented by regularly removing lengthening stems.
